Rick has been an active investor for more than 25 years.  Rick began his career working in acquisitions for JMB Realty, one of the largerst real estate investment firms in the country.  During this time, Rick was involved in the valuation and acquisition of more than $500 million of commercial property investments including shopping malls, office buildings and apartment buildings.  After recieving his MBA he worked in the capital markets as a Senior Vice President in the high yield fixed income group at Jefferies Group and then as a Managing Director in the fixed income and equity trading group at RW Pressprich.

 

Since 2005, Rick has actively pursued real estate investment and development opportunites on behalf of a small group of investors and himself.  To date, Rick has made 15 real estate investments with a total asset value in excess of $70 million.  

Rick recieved his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.  He also recieved his MBA from the Harvard School of Business.
